The Partner in Quality Award is presented to contractors who achieved the highest levels of roofing quality by meeting or exceeding the following criteria from the previous year: Installation of at least eight warranted Firestone roofs in 2014, 2015. 2017, 2017 and 2018, maintain at least one million square feet of Firestone roofs under warranty and achieve an annual WIR of 1.0 or less.
The QIR rating (Quality Incidence Rating) is computed by dividing the total number of warrantable repair incidents occurring on Firestone roofs by the total square footage of Firestone roofs under warranty.
